Melissa, the instructor, did an excellent job offering modifications for those who wanted to challenge themselves while still keeping it accessible for newcomers. Melissa’s clear guidance made the experience enjoyable, and I’m excited to continue exploring yoga.

see all reviewsClass was amazing as usual! It has been quite the experience to learn more about your body and how it moves. I appreciate Coach Jah for taking the time to support and make adjustments for those who need it. I also feel very welcomed when I come into Harlem Kettlebell Club. Coach Jah is helping me to be more confident in my abilities and growth in my strength training. Even when I go home, I am practicing the stance and moves so that form will improve. I even challenged myself towards the end to lift just a little more, and I was able to do it. I am proud of the work I'm doing and the progress I am making. I was very leery about my capabilities and capacity for this, but I find myself looking forward to every next class I attend. I am willing to make more of a commitment in the fall to go classes more than 2x a month.

Right off the bat the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. During the class he would come around and help and give tips to whoever needed help, he was very understanding of the newcomers and always encouraging. I’m definitely coming back!
