see all reviewsSandra’s trampoline class is always amazing. You will sweat a lot, but she’s encouraging you the entire time along with Jhon. The community itself is also very uplifting at the studio. I prefer to use grip socks or sneakers with this class because I find it better for my feet but you can do either or.
SOUL WARRIORS JS STUDIO LLC is not just another gym they are a group of fitness coaches…Adult Kickboxing Class
see all reviewsIt was great to punch and kick the heavy bag after a long day. On these mats you can be the movie star ninja you secretly dreamt of. Or be your own hero, saving yourself from a long day from monsters aka toxic coworkers. While also learning an invaluable skill/craft that builds mental fortitude and physical agility. You can learn to move your mind and body in a different way. It’s very empowering. This is not a fancy gym, it’s standard with clean mats and heavy bags. Martial arts studios are not fancy, you’re here to learn and improve. If you’re shallow then this place is most likely not for you and you wouldn’t last. If you have the heart of a warrior, then come get it. “I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times.” They teach this here.
