see all reviewsThese flow classes with Graham specifically might be my favorite workout class I’ve ever taken. It’s the perfect fusion of yoga and strength. If you’re someone who thinks yoga is “too slow” this is the perfect class for you. The music is also great and really adds to the high-energy of the class. I look forward to Tuesdays and Thursdays for this class!!!!

see all reviewsI've been coming in here on and off for the last 10 years and it's still the best! however, do the floor postures still work well without the savasana in between? Love the standing series, wish we did all of the regular floor series too—could do without the planks and leg lifts and go the classic 26 postures route. Aside from that, Brooke is an excellent instructor and I think that's why this location has longevity compared to other hot yoga locations. Teachers are consistently clear and thorough with their instructions and never miss a beat. Love the additional explanation of the health benefits of each each pose!

see all reviewsI recently started taking Y7 afters 10+ yeas of living in nyc and taking other workout classes …Rumble, Soulcycle, Barre, solidcore ….. I am so happy. I finally started taking these classes. This instructor gave three incredible flows and the music was fantastic. It’s such a great sweat that doesn’t involve hi intense fitness on your joints. I never thought I would love yoga as I enjoy a lot of cardio, such as running and biking but I absolutely love y7 how much instructor was amazing. It’s really a great way to clear your head but getting great workout. The studios fantastic. I can’t wait to take more classes.

see all reviewsWhat a great instructor! Scheduled incorrectly today so I was coming from another exercise class (do not recommend! Take a longer break!), but despite how active this class was, it was still relaxing. I wish I could take Katey’s classes more. Didn’t see any lotion in the locker room but I might have missed it? Otherwise, the amenities are great, class felt community oriented and the instructor asked students and was encouraging about getting a response. This class would be such a great way to get to know fellow yogis because, while it’s intense, it’s also just FUN. Maybe in the future there will be opportunity to engage with people who attend the same classes as us!

Sometimes the instructors don’t turn the heat up or have a challenging class. The way he explained the poses and taught the class showed how knowledgeable in yoga / group exercise, and how much he loved teaching. That class. I will definitely be back to take his class!

see all reviewsIt was my first time taking a class with Gina. Gina was great!! She was able to deconstruct her classes in such a way that I could follow along and where I felt the benefits of the stretch. The class pushed me without the intensity and without stacking on so many moves. I finished The Great Saunter yesterday, so my legs were shredded. I felt the moves helped me recover and reset for a slow Sunday.
