I’ve done both Pilates and yoga a lot in the past, so Barre is still new to me but I think this is my favorite out of those 3 (Barre, Pilates, vs Yoga). It’s a good change for me and you work smaller muscles that you kinda forget about. The instructor demonstrated each exercise beforehand and helped to ensure we had the proper form, which I appreciated to get the best workout! The workout is so graceful yet challenging!! Definitely give it a try if you’re on the fence!!

Every time I come to a Barre3 class I feel like the ladies in the class bring such great energy. It’s pleasant to workout in the Barre3 Richardson environment. Wanda brought the energy and I love her style of Zumba-fun, easy to follow and I didn’t hurt myself. For someone new to Zumba this class would be a great start and non-intimidating. If you are an avid Zumba goer than this class will not disappoint. I will be back.
