Such a good combo of moves and never too long of one thing. Also not a class where you’re dreading how much longer is left. She was super positive, great energy and did the whole workout with us! I don’t find it hard usually in the studio, most of the time was just perfect for me but tonight in Kim’s class I found it pretty challenging and I was sweating ! Great class indeed, not 100% for beginners tho. We used handweight, bosu ball, Pilates wall and of course reformer. We did it all.

She even took the class with us and hyped up Susan (whom did a phenomenal job - Susan’s & my words) who literally and metaphorically kicks butt. I definitely recommend this class. I was definitely on the struggle bus, and everyone else seemed to be professionals but I didn’t feel judged or watched at any point. So fun and will try to come here again!
