    Julie, the owner, was super welcoming and friendly and after the class was over explained alignment and answered questions I had. The class itself was super fun! I love the variety of cardio and strengthening. It was challenging but also accessible and I would highly recommend the class and this studio!!

    I have too many good things to say about Barre3! McKenzie was an amazing instructor and made me feel great! I love that every body size, shape, color is welcome. They are inclusive and kind. They clean your equipment for you, have showers, child care, and are a fraction of the cost of other barre studios. You will sweat and enjoy this workout. AMAZING <3

    Kathleen was a great instructor. Kept the pace going but explained what changes were coming up and helped if you weren't familiar with the moves. Very classic pilates style which I appreciated. Will go back and highly recommend.

    I have been coming to Barre3 for the past couple of years and this was one of the best classes I have taken! This instructor had a super upbeat playlist and was encouraging. Every time I come to a Barre3 class I feel like the ladies in the class bring such great energy. It’s pleasant to workout in the Barre3 Richardson environment. I enjoyed this spicy Saturday class and I was even greeted by Danielle when I finished up. Thanks to all the ladies at Barre3!

    Grit is the most diverse, laid back, welcoming studio I go to- it’s not the fanciest, but the community is second to none. Spin instructor was great- great energy. The bikes aren’t my favorite (you don’t clip in- just shoe cages) but I love the energy here. Will be back!

    This class is ideal for beginners. I didn’t feel much of a workout, and I’m not in the best of shape. As soon as I started to feel a burn, the sequence was over. The music was also a bit lackluster. I’d probably try a higher intensity class next time.

It's a faster paced class but directions were clear. definitely kicked my butt! they were also amazing about modifying for my pregnancy. i got super lucky that the owner joined our class and pretty much gave me a private lesson, but the instructor was also well versed on how to modify. great experience overall - definitely recommend!
