About this studio

Finding balance is at the core of everything they do. It starts with the workouts: every class strategically strengthens, tones and balances the body. They don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to exercise. Instead, they empower each individual to adapt postures and develop body awareness for lasting results. Their signature approach to teaching gives clients a rewarding endorphin high and a deep muscle burn. Exercise is just one part of the equation. Exercise, nourish, connect: these are the 3 pillars of the b3 approach. It’s not just about how hard you work out or the numbers on the scale. It’s about nourishing your body and making connections in order to lead a balanced and happier life. By focusing on whole-body health, they empower you to feel your best from the inside out.

How to prepare

For each class it is recommended that you wear yogalike attire. Classes are performed barefoot, but grip socks are optional. Props and small towels will be provided at the studio. Also, be sure to bring a water bottle.

How to get there

The studio is located in the Polo Towne Crossing shopping complex at the NE corner of W. Park Boulevard and the Dallas North Tollway. The studio faces Target and is situated between Elizabeth's Cakes and LasikPlus. Plenty of parking is available in front of the studio.

Awesome instructor! I’ve tried barre before at another studio(about 10 classes over the course of 2 months) and it’s never felt as difficult as this workout. Will definitely be going back.
