About this studio

The Bar Method Dallas - Park Cities is a boutique fitness studio offering barre classes for students of all levels. The signature method uses your own body weight, the ballet barre and a few props to create a transformative workout that results in long, lean sculpted muscles. Not only does it reshape your entire body, but it allows you to channel your inner strength and leave class feeling strong, confident and poised. Highly-trained teachers customize the exercises to ensure they are safe and effective for any age and every body type, including modifications for pregnant women and students with injuries. Their staff and community are here to support you from the moment you walk through the door.

How to prepare

*If you are a first time student, you MUST arrive a 5-10 minutes early in order fill out a new client waiver form. First time students who walk-in after the class has started, will not be allowed into class.* The Dress Code: Closed-toe socks are required during class, yoga pants that fall below the knee, full-length tank or workout top is required. Crop tops are not permitted. There are lockers for your belongings, changing areas, rest rooms, towels and water. If you are new to The Bar Method and are recently pregnant, you MUST bring a doctor's note with you to your first class in order to take class.

How to get there

The Bar Method Dallas - Park Cities is located at 5560 W. Lovers Lane in the Inwood Village Shopping Center, next door to The Juice Bar. From the Dallas North Tollway, exit Lovers Lane and take a left. From 75 going North, exit Lovers Lane and turn left. Free parking is available in the shopping center.

What is ClassPass?
