see all reviewsWhat a sweet instructor! Great class for working on your mobility and balance. I thought this would be a very easy class but I was wrong haha, it's not hard either!! It's a nice balance, you're definitely working your muscles while relaxing through breath work and mobility. I loved the instructor cues and motivating words. The other worker at the front desk was also so kind and gave me a tour of their lovely studio. You definitely feel a sense of community here. Thank you for class!

MWF are strength/weight training focused workouts and T/TH/Sat (or sunday, can’t remember) are more cardio based - we came on a Wednesday and got to go through a 10 workout circuit that was either upper body or lower body focused (i did lower, my boyfriend did upper) and it was intense! you essentially get to choose your level of difficulty, and it’s encouraged to try more challenging weights as the sets go on or different varieties of the workout - again, such a great class, i’m glad we got to try out the Deep Ellum location before their last day! (Saturday 05/31)
