Their 50 minute upbeat classes strengthen, lengthen and tone your hard to reach muscles for a full body workout everytime! Through their unique combination of Pilates, strength training and cardio bursts their classes will transform the way you look and feel.

How to prepare

Grip socks are required for class at The PilatesBarre and available for purchase starting at $10. Pants that cover your knees are required. Towels are provided. Water is available for purchase.

How to get there

New clients must arrive 10 minutes before class starts and must sign a waiver. If you are running late for class, please call to ensure your reservation is held. For safety, clients are not able to join class after 10 minutes have passed since the start of class. Parking is available in the front of their studio along Lovers Lane and behind the studio. Their studio is located in between Pier One and Dunston's Steakhouse.

Sue was super helpful and guided me through my first time here. I will say it is a bit fast and hard to keep up for a firs timer who doesn’t know the Pilates vocab. Great workout!

This was my first Pilates class. It was a great workout and Im certainly feeling it the next day. I didnt give a full 5 stars because I thought the instructor could have given more detailed instructions or have talked through modifications for clients who were struggling with the moves. It was a very small class, so I was hoping for a bit more guidance being that it was my first time.

What is ClassPass?
