    Great circuit class. There are 4 stations and you do two exercises, three rounds each. In between stations there is an additional exercise and an ending run. It is a very nice studio, everything is brand new. They have a water station and provide towels. Showers and changing area are clean and nice. They have Malin+Goetz, Inc. product and all the amenities (hairdryers, tampons, dry shampoo, hairspray, deodorant, etc.)

    This was my first strength training class ever and it was awesome. It was hard but definitely not impossible and I am not in good shape. Steph was encouraging and helped with form so I loved that. It was rotating stations so I never felt like anyone was watching or judging, they were all too busy!! Just the start of a long journey for me but I will definitely be back.

    This instructor is exceptionally talented and delivered a creative, intense workout. This facility is a beautiful clean boutique gym with high quality equipment. I liked the ‘community class energy’ and that the class was capped to 12 people, which allowed for individual attention to form. I hate when classes are jammed pack, which often takes away from the quality of the workout. The instructor provided very attentive coaching, ensuring that you are moving safely through the workout.     What an amazing studio! I love the way it is decorated (doesn’t feel like your standard, blah equipment and spaces, there are unique touches!) and the front desk staff member and instructor were very friendly. I’ve never done anything like this class before. Basically you are attached to an elastic harness on the wall and do all kind of cardio drills from it. It’s only 30 minutes but it seriously packs a punch! Wow.

    This was my first barre class and I was nervous and not sure what to expect. The girls at the studio were so nice and welcoming! Stephanie was very nice and encouraging. As I expected from reading other reviews, they do call out your name a lot to tell you what to correct but I didnt mind it, Id rather do it right! I definitely understand how repetition of a move exhausts the muscles and is good but truthfully I was a little bored. The moves were long and just not very exciting. I definitely understand how its a good workout though and Id do it again. Recommend trying it!
