Now I did join what is said to be “Live” matches which will have you tired of unfamiliar with this sport but a great workout nonetheless! Will definitely be continuing and returning soon. But for new and curious people I’d recommend giving the class a go.

We started off with some HIIT then went into a solid and challenging an workout. The whole time I felt challenged without feeling like I was ever pushing myself too much. I really left the class feeling really great, strong, and a good sore in all the right places. I would definitely go back again and would recommend!

see all reviewsThe class was great. It was medium paced. I had a bit of a headache so part of me wished that Diane would sing "world" and "peace" a little softer or at least not between every yoga move, but I didn't communicate that and didn't know if that would make the class experience less enjoyable for others, so that's not Diane's fault. The space is beautiful and airy and quiet and clean.
