    This class is amazing for participants of all levels! If its your first time, the instructor does a little huddle with you so that youre not totally out of the loop.     I don’t usually take classes at solidcore since i do Pilates so infrequently and find the instructors hard to follow (so fast paced, no way to ask questions) but this instructor was hands down the best I’ve taken and will definitely come back for another class. The class was fast paced, but he did an amazing job at catering to and encouraging beginners without letting you feel lost in the class. He was awesome!

    Paige is awesome and so sweet. the class is 4 circuits with two different variations in each circuit. You do each variation a total of 8 times. There is a group warm up and ending. The facility is nice and very clean for a gym. There are two showers (you get the entire bathroom to yourself) but you do have to sign up for the shower slots ahead of time. They have blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, hair spray, etc.

The instructors were very accommodating, they answered all my questions and taught me correct form. Its a REAL strength class not a high intensity or cardio class. You lift heavy and take breaks. This as close to a personal trainer as youll get on ClassPass The space is on the smaller side (think Crosstown Fitness but a bit bigger) but its well organized and very clean.
