He is always giving modifications and never makes anyone feel bad for doing those modifications. He’s talking through the whole class and it really helps me focus. Burn can feel chaotic and insurmountably difficult even for a fit person and she made it challenging while always feeling realistically paced. Came in at 7 am, sleep deprived from traveling and Liza and the team were welcoming, high energy, and motivating. The class was the perfect balance of intensity, pace, and energy. She kept me engaged the whole time. I regularly on a road bike outdoors and this is the best class I’ve taken in a long time. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

Jonathan really did such an incredible job of hyping everyone up, giving modifications, and walked around to correct folks’ forms throughout the exercises. I’m a beginner to Reformer Pilates and I felt like this was one of the more accessible classes I have tried. I also really liked that a majority of the exercises were standing on the reformer or on your knees — a lot of the classes I’ve tried in the city are mostly laying on your back the entire time and I felt like I got more of a workout with this class. I felt like my inner child came out. It was super beginner friendly and Sarah wasn’t pushy about doing the exercises either, because she understood I was a beginner so even though I couldn’t do some of the exercises I kept trying and she kept making sure to check up on me and help if needed.It was a super fun way to work out.
