see all reviewsOh my god, this was the most fun I’ve had before 8am on a Saturday morning. Sean is such a fun instructor and offers excellent cueing and adjustments. The playlist was excellent (2000s pop, house remixes, etc) and overall the vibes were high. Class was moderately challenging and you can definitely make it harder with heavier weights. I can’t wait to go back!

see all reviewsLove this class! But wish they would swap it to the upstairs yoga room. Because this class is less strength and more flow, I feel like it matches the energy of upstairs better with natural lighting instead of the LED lights in the Pilates room. Whatever class is up there instead should swap

see all reviewsSo great. I took the Panthers class and I’m so glad I did. First class I ever did was a cardio Wednesday and it was Bears……absolutely not for beginners. But I’m glad I returned to give more of a chance to the weight lifting part of F45. And now I know to ease into the more cardio oriented classes by starting Fridays which are the hybrid days for their scheduling. A lil cardio, a lil lifting.

see all reviewsGreat workout. 27 stations, 2x through. First lap is 45/15 and second lap is 35/15. Only 30 seconds of rest between laps, which feels kinda crazy. I’m not sure how much extra aerobic benefit we’re getting by not having at least 2 minutes between pods, but worth mentioning as this feels pretty intermediate / advanced.

I will 100% be back here. I hope often and I would recommend the studio to anyone. I specifically highly recommend the Sunday yoga class.

She reminds you to meet your body where it’s at and if something doesn’t feel good to you, leave it behind. She really painted a vivid mental picture that was so calming. I will no doubt be taking more classes with Jeny!

The cardio was more of a build-up and built-in throughout the routine rather than having a single cardio block. He played 70s-80s music for the class which was refreshing to me because I’ve only been listening to edm/hip hop in the last few classes.
