About this studio

Experience their high intensity training with over 100 weekly group fitness classes to choose from. Their Northside gym combines interval training and cardio to give you a full body workout and transform you inside and out. Their certified trainers lead classes that offer drills that incorporate cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, agility and balance. The endless variety of exercises and instructor styles ensure that no two classes are the same and that every class feels new and exciting.

Wear sneakers.Arrive early and stretch! These classes will challenge your strength and endurance. Please note that while showers are available, monthly members will have priority access to the showers.

Intense but a great workout- wish the instructor was a bit more encouraging, but I guess cross fit classes are just more intense

Stephanie was GREAT. The class was a bit crowded which made it difficult for extra attention to form. Didn't feel as though it was high intensity. It was a partner work out so it was a little awkward waiting for them to finish their exercise to switch.

Great class. Loved the variation of her circuit stations. Just thought it went a little long (full 60 mins) when Im used to these high intensity classes going 45-50 min, pre cool down

Couldnt hear the instructor at all, he didnt offer form corrections, the class was extremely full and the format made it into a melee (everyone went at their own pace so some of the stations ended up super crowded), and the exercises were weirdly complex for a group exercise class (like a single leg dead lift into a shoulder press or trying to squat with a weight plate held up directly over your head)

Rae is a superb instructor and todays Full Body workout was great. Even though class was full, none of the exercises/stations caused people to be on top of each other and they were just really well programmed. This is an awesome workout.

What is ClassPass?
