The studio is pretty hot at times, so it may be worth checking in on that. I do have some feedback about the front desk staff - the past few months, it seems like the people are unwelcoming, dismissive, and cliquey. Not a good first encounter to begin a ride. Luckily, Andrea is so friendly and genuinely kind.

    I've never been to Studio Fit and I didn't know what to expect, but I actually really liked the style of workout. The constant movement is great cardio and then each set of movements works specific muscles. I could feel it in my entire body the day after. This particular class didn't use any weights, so it was entirely against your own strength, but the exercises were still challenging and fun.

    Not for a beginner, but for someone intermediate or advanced and comfortable in the gym, this is a fun class that will kick your butt! You'll be in a small class format and Brett was constantly circling correcting posture and form which was extremely helpful.

    The energy in this room was UNREAL. The instructors were amazing and the dances were structured, making it easy to follow along. Each song was the perfect combination of Latin moves and workout moves that made it feel like dancing but a great workout. I'll definitely be back!
