    BRING A YOGA MAT!!! It did not mention anywhere in the description to bring one so I didn’t but each person gets their own wooden turf board to work out on in an empty parking lot outside. The turf is so rough and it scratched up my hands/knees real bad during the work out. Will definitely need to bring a yoga mat next time but otherwise such a great class and hard work out!

    Paige is awesome and so sweet. the class is 4 circuits with two different variations in each circuit. You do each variation a total of 8 times. There is a group warm up and ending. The facility is nice and very clean for a gym. There are two showers (you get the entire bathroom to yourself) but you do have to sign up for the shower slots ahead of time. They have blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, hair spray, etc.

    This was my first strength training class ever and it was awesome. It was hard but definitely not impossible and I am not in good shape. Steph was encouraging and helped with form so I loved that. It was rotating stations so I never felt like anyone was watching or judging, they were all too busy!!     I almost don’t want to tell anyone how great this class is because the amount of spots are limited. Definitely beginner and advanced friendly. The instructors were very accommodating, they answered all my questions and taught me correct form. It’s a REAL strength class not a high intensity or cardio class. You lift heavy and take breaks. This as close to a personal trainer as you’ll get on ClassPass The space is on the smaller side (think Crosstown Fitness but a bit bigger) but it’s well organized and very clean. You’re not standing on top of other people and there’s plenty of room to move freely. #fire #goodvibes #greatvalue

    What an amazing studio! I love the way it is decorated (doesn’t feel like your standard, blah equipment and spaces, there are unique touches!) and the front desk staff member and instructor were very friendly. I’ve never done anything like this class before. Basically you are attached to an elastic harness on the wall and do all kind of cardio drills from it. It’s only 30 minutes but it seriously packs a punch! Wow.

    This was my first barre class and I was nervous and not sure what to expect. The girls at the studio were so nice and welcoming! Stephanie was very nice and encouraging. As I expected from reading other reviews, they do call out your name a lot to tell you what to correct but I didnt mind it, Id rather do it right! I definitely understand how repetition of a move exhausts the muscles and is good but truthfully I was a little bored. The moves were long and just not very exciting. I definitely understand how its a good workout though and Id do it again. Recommend trying it!
