    First time here and I enjoyed it! I struggle with cardio so I liked the incline mod, but I do wish there was a bit more of an explanation with it before class. Tracy moved fast during the strength portion, there were times I needed a tad more of a breakdown or pause to change weights. But I think I move a tad slower than most. I’ll be back!

It was pretty challenging, there were things I had to tap out of but Lauren did a good job of offering modifications most of the time. Gorgeous space too. This studio is a little out of my way but the trek was so worth it. I’ll be back!

    The class was intense, but fun and our instructor gave very specific tips to get our best work out of us and also went around and adjusted people which I find super helpful but not a lot of instructors do that in class. I’ve had her class before and she still A+. Will definitely be back and highly recommended for any level. I recently had surgery and was able to move to get a great workout at a beginner level.

    A little too fast paced and the workout routine felt more like a choreographed dance so if you are not exactly a graceful dancer, you will feel a little lost...I didnt like how quickly it moved bc most of the time, I felt like I was playing catch up. The instructor is doing the class so she is not going to correct your form...having said that, the vibe WAS welcoming and you dont feel singled out despite being a newcomer..The heat is just the right temperature and you certainly will have an adrenaline rush and work out body parts you didnt know you could stretch. I would give ot another try and hope I pick up the moves..

The teachers are so helpful and the community is so supportive, and I feel like most classes are great for both seasoned gym buffs and newbies.     This class kicked my butt but i was able to keep up. Kinda wanted to quit 15 minutes before the end, and come back another time, but i powered through. The upbeat dance music and especially Nikki’s energizing persona helped me get through it. I think it’s a very effective workout for toning and sculpting because every muscle in my body was put to work. There was variety in the class in age and body type but you can tell the women who were regulars looked awesome and sculpted. I swear one class made a difference in overall toning my body! (I react quickly to exercise). I definitely would like to come back and recommend the class.
