He has a keen ability to bring the class his students back to the breath, to drop inside, and to be present. His sequences are also challenging so you get a good physical workout along with the mental workout, and he always flows to a great playlist which makes the fly by like a dance. see all reviewsEnjoyed the class. And thoughtful progression. Do wish there was more hands on corrections or specific feedback. One feedback more for the studio then the instructor is the front desk or a private studio nearby, not sure which but there was talking going on all through class and it was louder then the music and was just really distracting. I get the studio is loft style but maybe mic the instructor and turn the music up?

see all reviewsThe instructor was wonderful. Basic sequence for beginners with a slow pace. Huge value add to have a sound bath at the end. Two areas of feedback would be to heat the room during the winter and not allow students in class if they arrive late. A student arrived at 8:05 and was disruptive to the peaceful energy at the beginning of class - not fair to the dozens of other students who had been timely.

see all reviewsI recently tried this yoga studio for the first time and had the pleasure of taking a class with Liz. From the moment I walked in, the front desk greeted me with a smile and was very sweet, which was incredibly comforting. As someone who is usually very self-conscious and prone to anxiety, I was a bit nervous going in. However, Liz's warm and welcoming energy immediately put me at ease. Her instruction was clear and calming, and the atmosphere in the studio was so inviting, especially with the dim lighting, which helped create a peacetul, grounding environment. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire class. I left feeling both relaxed and empowered, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. If you're someone who feels anxious or out of place in group settings, I highly recommend Liz's class - she truly made a difference in helping me feel at ease. 🫶🏻
