Mask-wearing policies

We invite members to wear masks if they are more comfortable in them. We have a few classes on our schedule where masks are recommended—the instructor will be wearing one—, but they are not required in the studio.

Social distancing measures

The majority of our classes are held in a 2100 square foot studio with windows, fans, and plenty of room to spread out, if desired.

Ventilation system

Our HVAC system was upgraded during covid to include top-of-the-line circulation and HEPA filtration.

Extra sanitation

Hand sanitizer is available in the lobby and outside each studio. There is spray inside each studio if you would like to wipe your equipment down before/after use.
