    Very tropical environment, accomplished a feat of trying, remember to bring water, small towel, (big towel), the movement test my balance, but standing in the third row is good, just follow along. I like this environment very much. My hair got wet, I will wash it later. It was worth getting up in the morning to go to class, now my body is open. There are a lot of delicious food nearby, the sun is beautiful, I feel my resistance of cold has improved. Its amount of exercise is not large, many movements are not boring and can be adhered to. The amount of sweat is not as much as Hiit, which is good.

    Wow. Best energy! Stefy was so kind and welcoming even when I accidentally came a little late. She also assisted me (which I’ve not received before) and it helped me open everything up and get into better alignment. I noticed she assisted so many in the class and was just a warm and gracious presence throughout. Definitely a challenging flow but glad I showed up and took this with her :) Thank you!

    This was a lovely, relaxing Yin yoga class. The instruction was gentle and compassionate. The only thing I wish is that there had been enough bolsters for everyone in the class. Using the blocks and blankets did not offer the same experience for deepening into the postures.

    Kara is an awesome instructor! She does a great job. I think the studio is kept much too cold for a barre class. It should be at least 70. It was set at 64. Barre isn’t a sweaty workout and the class was very easy, so I was freezing the entire time in socks and a sweatshirt and had muscle spasms due to the cold.

    Going there on a Sunday afternoon was definitely the best idea, as the facilities were way less busy than during evenings on week-days. Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasn’t really hot enough to be effective, but that’s a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

    The studio is located in a spa, and it was easy to find. I liked the instructor! Other reviewers said they felt this class was mostly stretching, but I found this to be challenging — tons of ab work, plus some leg work and weighted arm work.     I love this class! I love this instructor!!! She’s amazing! This was my second time attending this class, and the order of moves were different and the type of moves we did were different and I really enjoyed that variety. There were definitely some more advanced people in the class but as a beginner, I felt comfortable and welcomed, and the instructor took the time to really, make sure that I was doing everything okay and readjust which I really appreciated.     Alex leads a great class with an indie soft pop playlist which I love. He encourages us to make our own choices and go at our pace. I don’t feel pressured like I’m doing things wrong, more like I can just do my best. He does offer clips to put on your mat to indicate consent for adjustments; this was very thoughtful as I was able to opt out.

    This instructor (also studio owner) is awesome. The sequence itself was both challenging and accessible, her cues/offerings were clear and thoughtful. I appreciate her warm and vibrant energy most of all! She really makes an effort to empower her students while reminding them to honor their limits.     Jackie is one of the top 3 Zumba instructors in the Boston area in my opinion. Always great variety of good fun music and her moves incorporate actual Latin/dancehall/house/afro dance steps and not just step aerobics moves.     Maria is a WONDERFUL instructor! She is so kind and makes the difficult and challenging class really fun. You work on poses and balance, cardio, core, legs and also use added weights.     It's just the right intensity for me. It's definitely not easy, but it's not overly strenuous. I sweated a lot and worked my muscles and ligaments. It doesn't require as much balance, has short burpees and some jumps. This time I used a 3-pound dumbbell weight. I felt a bit labored in the middle of the exercise but I kept up. 2.5-pound dumbbells are also available.
