very relaxed class. just some really basic stretches. I would not call this a yoga class.

Recommend! Instructor was accepting and energetic. There was a solid diversity in ability levels, too, so whatever level you’re at (even your first class ever) will be fine and comfortable. It’s more workout class than dance class, as someone else said.
Boxing with Vuong
This was a great class. Excellent if you're a beginner to boxing! I really liked the emphasis on good form and the circuit format.
Zumba with Remo
Great teacher! Really fun class.
Body Pump with Marina
Marina is awesome. But it’d be much more helpful if she could focus on breathing technique too since this class revolves around weights.

amazing! such high energy and amoubt of positivity - love it

Really fun class and great instructor.
Boxing with Bob
This class ended up being covered by a sub- who did a circuit instead of boxing. Loved it, really worked a ton of muscles and got my heart pumping!

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
