How to prepare

Please show up at least 10 minutes prior to class. Most CorePower Yoga studios will close the doors at the start of class because the instructors who check users in must teach, so you may risk getting locked out. Also, don’t forget your mat, towel and water! In case you forget, CorePower Yoga studios offer mat and towel rentals and bottles of water for purchase.

YS - Yoga Sculpt: 75 Minutes with Nikki
Nikki is so motivating and inspiring. We targeted all parts of the body, especially core today. She was very mindful of the temperature of the room, especially since it was a rather warm day today. I loved how creative she got with each move, using certain props to further target specific muscle groups. And her playlist is on fire. Get ready to sweat!

Very intense. Definitely not for beginners. Overall a great sweat and workout.

The pace of the vinyasa movements far outpaced one's breathing. Little focus on proper form. Instructor only hands on with some people.

I came to the class to meditatively breathe, workout and stretch through the flow of yoga positions. Unfortunately the instructors style of guiding us was stressful rather than helpful. She also kept interspersing the instructions with an overarching pep talk. I came to get away from the chatter...it was an uncomfortable dynamic. I did wake up a bit sore the next day, which was nice.

What is ClassPass?
