see all reviewsDid a TABATA class and it was great! The instructor was motivating, clear with her instructions and offered higher and lower intensity options for all rounds. It’s a short, 30 min class, so I found it easier to push myself, making the most of the time and full body workout. I’d definitely join the class again, and if you’re look for a quick, HIIT workout that you can really push yourself and get bang for your time, HIIT this class!

see all reviewssara was delightful! i was lucky enough to join a small class, which allowed her to personalize the routine specifically to the needs and interests of the attendees. she introduced some moves that i hadn’t seen before in a vinyasa practice, but approachable and effective. and sara’s preparation and explanation was so good i even got my first inversions!!! i’ll be coming back, no doubt 🥺
