About this studio

The Cambridge Athletic Club has been a fitness leader in Cambridge for over 30 years. They offer a wide variety of group exercise classes taught by some of the best instructors in the city. Classes offered include: BodyPump, BodyCombat, RPM, Zumba, Yoga, BodyFlow, BodyAttack, CXWorx, TRX, Bootcamp and more.

How to prepare

Come prepared to sweat and smile! Comfortable exercise clothes are recommended. Yoga mats and towels are provided at the club. Please bring a lock if you'd like to use a locker.

How to get there

Cambridge Athletic Club Tech Square is located at 600 Technology Square. Free parking is available with validation at the Technology Square Garage for up to three hours (just bring your parking ticket to the front desk for validation). It is a short walk from the Kendall or Central stops on the Red Line.

The instructor was really helpful! Short class but the moves were challenging, would return.

Not a huge class since there are only about 6 TRX sets. Great energy and good mix of TRX and cardio.

Shannon is the best!! She is super fun, and the workout kicks butt!

This class had a great variety of exercises using the trx as the main tool. The instructor provided a lot of modifications to make exercises easier and harder depending on the skill level. She was very positive and motivating and had a good playlist that was playing at a good volume level. The equipment was in good repair and there was a good amount of space to exercise and stretch afterward.
Zumba with Sofia
Really fun! The music was a great mixture of fast-paced songs and slower ones to help you catch your breath!
Yoga with Tiffany
Tiffany is a great instructor! Clear instructions and a calming energy. I'd gladly recommend this class to anyone.
