This award-winning flagship spa + boutique fitness destination features exhale’s expertly created Barre, Cardio, Yoga, and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes. The brand’s spa roots make exhale a zen-like space, featuring fully amenitized changing rooms, showers, a zen lounge, steam room and hammam, and a chic wellbeing boutique.

How to prepare

Socks required for exhale Barre. Sneakers required for exhale HIIT + Cardio classes. For cycling, sneakers or cycle shoes with SPD clips are required. The studio now offers a limited number of cycling shoes for guests (first come, first serve) The cost is $2 for non-members to rent. Guests not permitted 10 minutes after start. No late entrants (once class starts) in HIIT or Cycling.

How to get there

We are located a short walk from both the State Street and Haymarket T stations. We’re right on the waterfront at the end of Hanover Street next door to the Coast Guard base. Find us on the 2nd floor of Building 2!

great class. really interesting moves and different stations made it fun and helped the time pass quickly. I'm fit and workout a lot, but had to adapt a of of the exercises though because it was a lot for me on my shoulders and chest and upper body.

Great workout. Moves quickly but sets are repeated so they can be picked up easily. Priscilla was great!

Killer workout - you will definitely break a sweat! I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because the class was so packed it makes it hard to do the moves and also because the music was not that loud which made it a tiny bit awkward. But overall definitely an awesome workout to get your heart pounding!

Chrissy is the best teacher. She motivates us throughout the class with her bubbly personality and wit and before you know it the class is finished and you feel so accomplished and strong afterwards!

What is ClassPass?
