Love the instructor, but there were too many people in the class.

Great instruction! The gym locker room is nice too

Erin was not a great instructor. I had no idea what she was saying more than half the time and she didn’t provide instructions for good form at all. She had to turn down the music because she didn’t have her microphone working and it made the environment awkward.

Not what I expected at all. We did shavasana for 30 mins of the hour and a half which I have never done in any other yoga class. I would not go back and am annoyed that I spent credits on this class when I really only got an hour of yoga and not an hour and a half

Michelle is so enthusiastic. Loved her playlist!

The flow of the class was a little weird to me but the teacher did go around and give nice adjustments on form which I like. Overall just an okay class.

I won’t be back. Could not hear the instructor. Disorganized workout. Bad form. Very disappointing.

Good workout, definitely felt the burn and my muscles working. Teacher was a little inauthentic which I dont like please do not treat grown adults like kindergarten kids giving us weird high fives and fake encouragement. Would also recommend getting here early as it was a packed class and can run out of equipment.
