Barre & Soul is a fitness culture with grace and grit providing signature Barre & Soul Method® barre classes inspired by the original Lotte Berk Method and Vinyasa style yoga (room temperature no higher than 78), Yoga Sculpt, Slow Flow Restorative Yoga and Cardio Flash. Barre & Soul also offers teacher trainings and workshops all at their Harvard Square Studio. *New Policy Alert* Can I still attend class if I'm pregnant? Yes, we would love to have you! However, in order to enroll or to continue in class during the term of your pregnancy, you'll need to get the prior written consent of your treating physician. Download and print this waiver (http://bit.ly/pregnancywaiver) and release form, bring it to the studio signed by both you and your physician.

How to prepare

*ARRIVAL POLICY - YOU MUST BE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY FOR CLASS* *Allow time for delays on the T and for finding parking around Harvard Square as class will start precisely on time. The studio door locks at the start of class, no late admittance in the studio will be permitted. Should you arrive late, please contact ClassPass* Complimentary mats are provided. Bring a bottle for water, we have filtered water available at no additional charge. No sticky socks required for barre classes. If you arrive after the start of class you will be turned away.

How to get there

*ARRIVAL POLICY - YOU MUST BE 10-15 MINUTES EARLY FOR CLASS* Barre & Soul Harvard Square is located in The Garage at 36 JFK St. Cambridge, MA 02138. We are on the second level up the ramp to the right. Enter through the double doors in between Tasty Burger and the Harvard Shop.

Vinyasa Yoga with Krista
Possibly one of the least favorite yoga classes I’ve ever been to, and I’ve practiced all over the city and beyond. The sequences didn’t flow together at all and the teacher gave lots of attention to her regular students—this felt pretty awkward as someone joining on Class Pass. Definitely not my vibe!

Whitney is a fantastic instructor and great motivator. Her instruction is very helpful, she’s mindful of modifications, and her energy is welcoming and upbeat. Her barre & soul method class is thoughtfully designed, and when it was over, I felt like I could go back and do it all over again despite some serious burn in the legs!

What is ClassPass?
