Loved Chika! Had a better second time experience. Chika asked us if we had any focus point preference. Arms/ glute/ full body. Which I appreciated. Modifications were offered to feel a bit more spice! As well to take it more easy. The class was lovely overall and I will take her again. I feel that I got my moneys worth compared to last time. I still feel that it was a waste of $30 and I wish I could get my money back. I’ll still come back and try an instructor that Chika recommended! Which was also nice of her.

    Pilates Reformer/tower

If you're ready to get humbled—in the best way possible—Yael Levy's Reformer Tower class is the one to book. Yael is a master of precision. She's incredibly detail-oriented, consistently correcting your form with a sharp eye and a kind-but-tough delivery that makes you feel seen, challenged, and instantly improved. Her ability to break down each movement step by step, while guiding you to truly understand which muscles should be firing (and when), is a rare skill. It’s like she’s painting with movement and muscle—every cue is deliberate, every correction effective. The pace might feel slow at first, but don’t be fooled—your muscles will be shaking like a leaf in a wind tunnel. Bonus surprises? The jumpboard was present the entire time, however there was not as much jumping as this horizontal cardio Queen would've liked, but it was incorporated in such a creative way that the entire reformer felt reimagined. And just when I thought I knew the Pilates ring, Yael had us use it in completely unexpected ways that targeted deep, often-ignored muscles. It was a full-body education. I left feeling like a slightly wobbly, thoroughly worked Pilates princess—humbled, yes, but strong and aligned. If you're looking for a smart, challenging, form-focused class that expands your movement IQ and delivers results, this is your sign. Highly recommend.

    Strength & Stretch: Fusion

Jennifer talked a lot but in ways helpful for understanding the purpose of the poses and practice. I wish this class was offered in the evening.

    Core Burn Tone & Sculpt

This class was great! Challenging but with modifications to make it easier. A good workout where you know you’ll be feeling it the next day. I left feeling strong and ready to tackle the rest of the weekend :)

    Open Mat

Kevin is great. His classes are challenging but not impossible. He’s funny and gives clear instructions. The studio is nice but the loft could use a good vacuum. There are 2 bathrooms with stall showers and I appreciate that they have feminine products, hair ties, etc.
