I haven’t been here in a while and I always thought of Shane’s class. I finally made it in today and I was reminded why Shane’s class is so worth it. Her practice leaves a lasting impact in a positive way. Super thankful to take her class and I’ll definitely be back! The studio does a great job cleaning between each classes. I’m always hesitant to borrow a mat cause they are damp but this time the mat was dry. I can tell the studio’s improved and doing their best with keeping the equipment and studio clean. It shows they actually take people’s feedback into consideration, which I appreciate. This place has the most beautiful women’s locker room. The kind you want to live in - it’s so pristine and serene. Also, love the cold hand towels at the end. It was divine - this is a major upgrade. Thank you!

    Yoga Basics IN PERSON

I really liked the class itself and thought Andromeda did a great job especially at guiding us through the breathwork of each pose, which is something I don’t always know about as a beginner. She also made sure to correct us about the little details of poses, such as feet, hands, etc. The one thing I didn’t like was that basically as soon as the class was over people for the next class immediately came in, which really made me feel rushed to get my mat and things up. This is just a small nitpick though, others may not be bothered by it

Did I ask myself multiples time during this class, “Why didn’t you just sleep in on this beautiful Sunday?” Yes. Yes I did. But, when class was over, I deliriously was excited to come back here next Sunday. It’s not classical mat Pilates and is very HIIT/tabata focused, which I loved. Bring a water bottle, towel, and mat. This was my first sound meditation and it was so different and refreshing. I felt like my brain took a shower. The sound and climax of the sound transitions were very intense and provocative. Milagros had such a welcoming atmosphere and explained the different stages of the class. I would recommend to bring and open mind and be very intentional of how you would like to take from this class. The place was super clean organized and had your own locker, blankets and eye mask. The only thing is that is facing towards the street so the sound of the cards or regular noises can still sneak in into the class. I would love to try it again. I felt very grounded after this class.

    YM Flow - L2

I absolutely adore the teachers at this studio! They’re spiritual and have an excellent format for really rebalancing the nervous system. Nice job!

    SCULPT

Excellent coaching skills throughout a well paced and integrated sculpt class, wish there were more sculpt and slow burn sessions in rotation. I feel like the signature Y7 ‘we flow hard’ class can become a bit tiresome, and is over represented in schedule, perhaps twenty and thirty something yr olds prefer it.

Hot Vinyasa All Levels (In Studio Class)

Cameron was great!!! She taught a class that all levels can attend and didn’t make you feel bad if you didn’t do a pose she called out but encouraged you to go at your own pace. Also her correction was gentle and helpful. I got a great work out and felt satisfied when I left

    Yoga Sculpt

My first time at this studio and I picked yoga sculpt with Kate. It was a challenging class for someone just getting back into fitness. Kate provided great instructions throughout and was helpful with some tips I asked for after class. Highly recommend!

Incredible studio, incredible instructor. He was really focused on helping us focus into the poses, become stronger, and find our focus. Really loved the class.
