This was my first cycle class ever in my life and I absolutely loved the energy! Sammy was an amazing instructor and the exercises were very varied. The class was intense but as a beginner, you definitely can go at your own pace. The crew here are also extremely friendly and helpful and they’ll even help you get set up on the bike before class starts. Such a fun experience!

I’ve done Y7 for years and Chris was truly the best instructor I’ve ever had. He created a safe environment where I felt empowered to explore, and zero shame about modifying in ways that felt right for my body. Loved the class, instructor, space. My one critique is about halfway/towards the end of class, I wish the spoken instruction slowed down a bit. Once the heat and relaxation settles in, it takes me a second to process left and right and what I’m actually being told to do and I get lost.

THE GOOD MOVE (HIIT, PILATES, & DANCE)

The class, while not what I originally expected because the original instructor was out sick, was a good workout and very thankful a different instructor stepped in to fill in so we all didn’t have to go home and miss out on a workout. This class felt more HIIT and Pilates focused than dance (I was hoping for more dance) but again, still a great and fun workout. The instructor was clear with instructions and encouraged everyone to let loose and focus on what felt good. The space is lovely, from the waiting area to the changing area, bathrooms, and studio itself. I would love to go again and try a different class with a bit more choreo. Overall I recommend Good Move as a judgment-free workout space for those looking for free form movement and a little bit of dance mixed in, especially if you’re like myself and not a dancer. :)

    OPEN LEVEL︱60

There is nothing that is more soothing than a teacher in yoga who has elegance and grace. Arthur Porter is nothing but perfection and style as he teaches in his soft and motivating way! His direction is articulate and is movement is sweetly encouraging. Such a pleasure! And sonic yoga is a warm, sweet comforting place (with lovely wooden floors.)🤍 each teacher has their own wonderful strength and teaching mode and no matter which one I’ve gone to. I leave feeling very satisfied and happy.🩷🥰

    Traditional Hot Yoga

This class was very challenging for a beginner because of the balance poses, however I really liked the instructor and will be back when I improve my balance! She offered alt poses and really pushed the class to do their best.
