Pole Strength + Control **MIN 3 INTRO CLASSES**OPEN LEVEL**

First time taking this class and i was very intimidated being that ive only taken beginner pole (10+ times 😂) and Jacqui made me feel confident immediately! It was a lot of floor stretching but you absolutely touch the pole and learn a good core move to build on! I definitely wanna take this again

Love Sheri’s class. So encouraging and meditative. Each week feels like the classes build on one another and Sheri provides helpful tips on improving postures and providing insight into where tension should be felt. :)

    Pole Cardio Blast

The class title was a bit intimidating but I took a chance and it was worth it!!! Ashley is an amazing instructor who helped me feel comfortable and confident in all the pole tricks I tried. I was successful in all the tricks we tried and the class was modified to meet me at my skill level. I left that class ready to sign up for her next class! ❤️

    Beginner Hammock

Everyone was very welcoming! It was my first time doing Beginner Hammocks and I’m plus sized but no once did anyone make me feel discouraged. I pushed myself to as far as my body would allow and was able to do things I never thought I’d do. I enjoyed it so much and will come back again. Hopefully with some more upper body strength before trying again 😅

Strength & Stretch - Aerial Yoga (All Levels)

Trevor is an amazing instructor and helps you out if you’re a beginner. I did not feel left out and I felt included throughout the entire practice. He was encouraging and I performed moves. I was hesitant to try. I would definitely book this class again.

    Intro to Aerial

I have tried couple of different aerial studios in city lately and Lainey is one of the best instructors. As aerial beginners, we get intimidated easily while the body is hanging up to the air. She is so patient, friendly, welcoming and attentive. The class is divined into 2 sessions with Lyra and silks. Lainey explained everything step by step and check on everyone to make sure no one was left behind. Had so much fun for my 1st class. Highly recommend!!

    Aerial Yoga - Mixed Levels

first time here with little to no experience, much less with aerial yoga. fantastic experience, and my instructor, Candice, was so kind and helpful. she was super engaging and made the class light-hearted and fun. Candice was super chill but also challenged us to our own comfort levels. She’s great at demonstrating. Overall, the space was welcoming, Candice is iconic (i’m going to come again and would highly recommend!), and i had a great time here w/ a date and a friend.

    INTRO TO POLE

Stella was AMAZING! She has such great energy and very encouraging. She is very gun & full of personality, she helps you learn dancing while learning pole tricks which I find so fun & different, other instructors must do the same. Sadly I was informed she’s subbing for someone else which highly disappointed me. Dancing should deff be instructed in like because it’s still dancing.

    Beginner Ballet for Adults

Mackenzie and her class were truly such a joy. I have no experience with ballet or dance in general and found this class and took it off of a whim. She was incredible at balancing my skill level with those of the rest of the class, keeping the pace set where both I could learn and the others would not feel like it was too basic. There was so much intention behind everything she does while she teaches. Her instruction along with her comforting and approachable demeanor help made learning extremely easy. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone considering learning something new or brushing up on ballet that wants to have fun. I came in unsure what to expect, and left realizing how much fun I had.

This was the best beginner handstand class I’ve taken. It was a small group so you get a lot of attention and adjustments. The energy was really positive and supportive! The instructor was so funny and smart. The hour flew by and I cannot wait to come back!

    Chisel

the class is fantastic. it does take a long time to set up and having to change for a workout, 15 minutes before to enter Crunch does allot enough time they're very strict about this. for this and other reasons they front desk is not welcoming to Class Pass holders.

    Fat Burning Pilates

Such a fun sequence! Kamaye rockstar instructor. Had no idea the class was ballet based which I personally felt grounded the challenging aspects of mat pilates with refined movement and thoughtful posture. Great for all levels. Not a fan of Crunch front desk, I’ve read the general consensus is that they’re never truly warm to Classpass members which was true in my experience. C'est la vie, worth the disassociated shade for this awesome class.
