Her class was a bit faster and more high-energy than I’m used to, and some parts felt almost cardio paced - though it did slow down a lot by the second half. I was hoping to work with the tower a bit (my favorite ) but it wasn’t part of the sequence I think. I found it a bit challenging but overall it was a good workout, today’s session was more core focused but I am sure I will definitely feel it tomorrow meaning it was a great workout regardless! This was my first time taking a Pilates reformer class at this location although I’ve taken other classes here. I enjoyed the city views and Spencer was helpful and clear in his instructions as always.

It’s a great conversation starter with business contacts or friends to share that your fitness routine is a class led by professional dancers-somewhat unique to this area. I have attended barre fitness classes before but am currently at an average fitness level and I felt totally comfortable with and also challenged by the routine in Alexandria’s class today.
