I could see this class working well for people of all levels, because you can choose what weights to work with and modify the exercises as needed. Ari’s beautifully integrated sequences w accessible pacing and variety of key poses are a boon to morale for anyone (including me as beginner/low-intermediate w injuries (knees, elbow), was delighted to see a yoga class on offer at Physique. Her mellifluous voice and vibrant good energy sailed us through a deeply restorative experience. I’d love to see this class on offer at downtown location!

    Samuel was absolutely fabulous. First time coming to this studio and taking this class and I was not expecting to sweat this much. Did I ask myself multiples time during this class, “Why didn’t you just sleep in on this beautiful Sunday?” Yes. Yes I did. But, when class was over, I deliriously was excited to come back here next Sunday. It’s not classical mat Pilates and is very HIIT/tabata focused, which I loved. Bring a water bottle, towel, and mat. They are available in studio to rent: $3 for towel, $5 for mat. Be sure to arrive early since they lock the front door for safety when class begins so no late arrivals. Come ready to sweat!

I appreciated that she shared their membership options from a neutral position - highlighting the the pros/cons of classpass vs membership. Christine was great and being a small class I felt she was able to pay attention to everyone and their form. It truly felt like a full body workout and I loved the quick transitions.
