Was a little disappointed by a latecomer that came to class 10 min late and slowly moved directly in front of me so I had to move to a different spot in the room in order to still see my form in the mirror. Not Deanna’s fault, but perhaps the studio should designate space for late attendees so they don’t block other classmates.

The class was a mix of cardio with weights which was a nice balance, my legs and butt were definitely on fire the next day. I also appreciated alloying time for the cool down/breath work we did at the end of class, it really helped leaving the class on a relaxing tone. One thing to note, although it said it was a candlelight class it did not really feel like it because the overheard lights were on for most of the class. There were candles around the perimeter but I do not think the “candlelight” vibe was captured. I personally did not mind since I appreciated the studio offering a class late at night but something to mention in case this is what you are seeking.

The class was great, it’s one of my favorite barre studios because of the combo of cardio — lots of instruction and I was feeling it in my body afterwards! My only tiny complaint is sometimes the music was turned up too loud especially for those in front of speakers; it was a lot for me. But otherwise, great! There is 1 bathroom and 2 changing areas with toiletries. Front desk peeps were sweet too. Thanks!

see all reviewsThe class was very female focused and empowering. I didn’t feel out of place. Sarah the instructor was “real” and fun. All of the music was motivating. I felt relieved seeing women with all different kinds of body types at the class. I felt challenged physically but not exhausted/going to throw up. Each move had a modified position so I never felt like I had to “squeeze my head with my ankles”. Very good class for beginners, I highly recommend!
