Treadmill portion was awesome, hard to miss the instructions there and the light jog-run-sprint intervals were perfect. For the floor workouts, if you don’t hear the exercises you fall behind a bit but can catch up by looking at others! Instructor talked a bit fast & the music was very loud, however I caught most of what he was saying. Definitely recommend for a fun/challenging class!

Everyone was encouraging. (No one seemed cliquey or mean girls club like similar gyms). Instructor came around and offered helpful form critiques, which I really appreciated! Would love to come back as my schedule allows. They even talked about gym social outings with members at the end of class, which I found really unique and appealing. My only complaint was loud speaker system, but I’ll bring my own ear plugs next time!

She was very clear with her instructions when teaching im the front of the class. This was my first mat Pilates class so I wasn’t sure if she would walk around and correct our forms or not. The class was great though. The only thing I didn’t love was the space itself. There was only a room divider between our class and the weights station so it didn’t feel very private. I don’t think I would go back because of the space itself but Vivian was great!

The workout is quick, efficient, but also challenging and he does a great job keeping the energy high!!
