Since 2013, Reformation Fitness members have achieved truly amazing results due to the hands-on attention from their professional, world-class trainers, while enjoying the high-energy and warm community found in each of their small group training classes. Whether you are looking to tone up, beat your last race time, or get into the best shape of your life, they’ve got you covered with DC’s widest selection of small group training programs—each intelligently developed to amplify results, break-through barriers, and challenge your body inside-and-out, but all in a safe and welcoming environment. How to prepare

For your first class at Reformation Fitness, please arrive 10 minutes early to sign a waiver, familiarize yourself with the studios and facility, as well as get a chance to speak to the instructor ahead of the class regarding any limitations, injuries or modifications needed. All classes are 14 members (or less) per room, so please feel free to ask questions regarding modifications, progressions, form & technique, and/or different weight/resistance levels needed. Please be courteous & respectful of all others during class. Thank you!

How to get there

Reformation Fitness - Shaw/Convention Center conveniently located in the heart of DC's Historic Shaw District. They're within a 10-15 minute walk from many surrounding neighborhoods -- including Logan Circle, U Street, Bloomingdale, Shaw, Mt. Vernon Triangle, Thomas Circle, and Gallery Place/Chinatown. Street parking is available and can be paid for via ParkMobile. The Convention Center/Mt. Vernon Metro Station (Green/Yellow lines) is one block away.

More of a cross fit style class and you have to be self motivated. Very good workout though.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on.
