see all reviewsEnjoyed this class in a beautiful studio. It was a very relaxing space. The class had a good flow - more vigorous than Yin, but more relaxed and slower paced than other classes. Only feedback I have is that it would be helpful for the instructor to give hands on adjustments, especially since the class is focused on alignment. There were only 5 students in the class so it wouldn’t been too difficult to do this. She should have at least offered commentary on our alignment, even if she prefers not to do adjustments.

see all reviewsThe class was fantastic never used so many weights in so many different ways to work different parts of my body. This was my second class with Kristen and she is amazing! Upbeat, helpful and most of all kind to all of the class members who were all at different stages in their pure bar journey. Highly recommended for beginners and experienced athletes. I look forward to going back to continue getting my body back in shape.

see all reviewsI really liked the location of this studio. Easy parking and easy to locate. Studio was also very clean and everyone was so nice. I do wish there was a better class description that would recommend grip socks. Kim was lovely. Class was easy going and more on the side of focused stretching versus a workout that makes you sweat, but that’s fine. I modified some of the moves to make it more strenuous for me. It was an older audience but they were a hoot and I enjoyed the conversation as we went through the class. Will def come again.
