see all reviewsI really enjoyed this class! This was my first time taking it. Amie is a fantastic teacher. I appreciate that she does hands on assists, as many other teachers don’t. The flow was a good balance of challenge and deeper, more relaxing stretches. I enjoyed her playlist, although I’d recommend turning it down a notch or two as it was hard to hear Amie when she was speaking from the other side of the room. Love the sound bowls at the end too.

see all reviewsOmg my favorite Mind the Mat instructor! Sydney had my abs on fire five minutes into class. Her playlist was awesome and a great way to kick off my morning! The class didn’t feel like 95 degrees, but her exercises and energy made up for the lack of heat. I don’t blame her for the lack of heat though, I’ve noticed none of the classes at this location are really heated. I’ll be back for her core work for sure though!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I came out with the best high ever. I will definitely be coming back to explore more Classic classes and the others they have. Thank you!
