Pole 1 + 2 with Daphna
Very fun class. You do have to have core strength and upper body strength to start off since it’s like a step up from beginner but you can also go at your pace with the harder stuff and spins. It’s honestly super empowering to spin around even if you’re still getting a hang of the movements
Pole 1 + 2 with Crystal
Steep learning curve but good for biceps triceps, lats, etc.
Pole 1 + 2 with Crystal
Sore lats the next day. Bring tape or socks for less friction on balls of feet.
Pole 1 + 2 with Julia
Spent a lot of the class warming up, so we didn't have a lot of time to learn or work on the combo, which was kind of disappointing. But it was a great workout and Julia is a phenomenal instructor.
