Pole 1 + 2 with Julia
Great teacher and class. Maybe different levels should not be mixed.

Pole 1 + 2 with Julia
Julia is a great instructor. WAYYY better than the instructors at the neighboring pole studio. She breaks things down really well and makes everyone feel welcome.

Pole 1 + 2 with Julia
This class is way more advanced than I was expecting. Definitely leaned hard into the 2 part of Pole 2. We also only spent about 25 minutes of the our doing pole stuff - the first 35 minutes was all conditioning which is a good workout but not what I signed up for. Will be sticking to Pole 1 strictly in the future
Response from the studio:
Thank you for the feedback. Our lower pole classes do tend to have more conditioning in them, because we want to get you in great pole shape to concur those advanced pole moves! Hope to see you in the studio again soon.
Pole 1 + 2 with Jessalynn
Fun for first timer!! Jessalynn was great! She was super encouraging! However I will say that this class is challenging and more for intermediate level
Pole 1 + 2 with Crystal
Crystal was awesome! This was my first time doing any type of pole class and she really went through the steps for each move so we could get the technique down. She also gave us a lot of options and variations! She was very encouraging and made the class super fun. Can't wait to come back :)
Pole 1 + 2 with Julia
This class is no joke. The warm up was about 30 minutes and very brisk, with a combination of yoga, pilates, stretching, and aerobics. The pole choreography was the last 30 minutes. As a first time pole-class attendee, I didn't know what to expect (other than good music). I have a new respect for women who make their living dancing with and/or on a pole; it takes a LOT of coordination, a lot of upper body and core strength, and there is no way to avoid sweating.
