Aerial Hoop For Beginners & Open Hoop Practice For All with John
it was a great upper body workout and people were nice. it's pretty crowded though and would have been nice if there were more hoops so everyone could be practicing. Would recommend.
Response from the studio:
Thank you for the feedback. This class has 1 less hoop, because we leave 1 hoop open for open practice. Try a Hoop 1, 1+2, or 2 in the future :)

It hard no joke but it was very fun and exciting!
Aerial Hoop For Beginners & Open Hoop Practice For All with John
Stretch before if you can, but its not necessary. Great scalable class depending upon skill level. Much harder than it looks!
Aerial Hoop For Beginners & Open Hoop Practice For All with John
Pretty flexible class structure. Small room with a small and not to challenging warm-up, but it helps if you are flexible or stretch on your own first. That said, once the main part of "class" gets going, the instructor tailors the moves, shapes, and exercises to the class. John was really excellent in helping to demonstrate when asked, but also walked around to give individual attention when trying the moves. A much more intense workout than I expected because it's like fun challenging circus art, and I think I will go back when I can. If you're flexible and strong going in, this is much more rewarding class in my opinion.
