I loved this class! Staff, teacher, facility, sports itself were all great!
Response from the studio:
Aerial Hoop 1 + 2 with Annastasia
Anastasia is amazing. This class is definitely better suited for hoopers with a few classes under their belt but Anastasia does her best to come by and check on you. It starts of with some joint rotations and stretches and then moves to learning how to handle the hoop.

Fun combo! Definitely more for intermediates (depends on instructor)
Aerial Hoop 1 + 2 with Francesca
Good class and good studio. Did a lot of conditioning and not many new tricks/combos, but it differs by class. They have several rigs so you dont have to wait too long which is really nice, but the ceilings are too low for drops.

Great class! Everyone was far more advanced than me, but still enjoyed it! Instructor was encouraging

If you are accustomed to the high-brow, affluent sport vibe (think: gymnastics, classically trained dancing) then youll focus just fine and have quite the challenging & enjoyable experience. Give a laugh & smile or two to someone you dont know and break the ice in that class.

This class is a really fun workout! Most appropriate for intermediate level (2 vs. 1). Would go back!
Aerial Hoop 1 + 2 with Jessalynn
The instructor was unfriendly, critical, and unwelcoming. Even after I told her it was my first time at their studio and to aerial hoop.

So much fun! Perfect level for someone who as been away from aerials for a while but who has a solid foundation. Super helpful instructor, great space.
