How to prepare

They're a dog-friendly studio, with leash tie-ups inside the front of the studio. Socks are required for all classes. Grippy socks are sold at the studio, and are mandatory for classes using the jumpboard. They are a boutique urban studio - the only accommodation for changing is the restroom. If you require a wardrobe change before class, please arrive at least 20 minutes early. They have a cold water filtration system; bring your own water bottle. And a sweat towel if you'd like. They have 12 hour cancellation policy.

How to get there

Pilates ProWorks - South Lake Union is located at 771 Thomas St, Seattle WA 98109. Near the corner of Thomas St and 8th Ave N. Parking can be challenging at certain times of day, so please give yourself adequate time so that you aren't late to class. Street parking meters are enforced 8am-6pm Monday thru Saturday, free all day on Sundays.

What is ClassPass?
