About this class

This is a great class to start with if you are new to Pilates or new to the studio. This somewhat slower-paced class is designed for you to learn the fundamentals of the Pilates Pro Method (language, movements, breathing and body alignment) and show you how to use the equipment correctly and safely. Once you feel confident, you can choose to move on to the Pilates Pro class for even more of a challenge. *Grip Socks Required.

Door code 1023# EQUIPMENT + GEAR: -PilatesPro / 40Works / Pilates – Grip Socks -BarrePro – Grip Socks -Tone + Flow – Yoga Mat and/or Grip Socks -PPW Bootcamp - Light soled sneakers *Grip socks are available for purchase. A limited amount of yoga mats are available for use.

Natalie's class is always great! She has a great energy level but as someone who takes a lot of fitness classes what I enjoy most about hers is her pacing and her cues. I always feel prepared for the next move and her flow is great!

This was my first Pilates class and I found it to be challenging but worth it. Kristin was very welcoming and explained how the class worked before starting so I had some basic understanding. Its been two days and Im still sore. I will definitely take this class again.

This was my first reformer class and I am in love! The staff at the front desk was super helpful and friendly, and Kristin was a great instructor. It's been three days and I'm still sore in all the right places. I will definitely be coming back! They also offer bootcamp classes which I'll be trying out. This if my new favorite studio in the area.

What is ClassPass?
