The teacher was very nice! But I would have preferred less warm up, another set of the intervals and more pump up music! The gym had very little personality. I will say that the workout made me sweat I just wish it had been a little longer!

this is a great class that focuses on good form and is challenging!

Rich was great...this class may use basic equipment but it's a hard workout and rich is diligent about form! I'll be back

Rich was great, and made an effort to make sure everyone felt comfortable. However, the space we were in made it hard to hear him clearly and it was really warm with hardly any airflow =(

This class was too easy for me but the instructor was really nice and did ask a lot of questions about how everyone was doing. I mentioned the class was easy and he did step it up for the rest of the class to help me make it harder so I really appreciated that.

What is ClassPass?
