How it works

About this class

Stretch further and hold challenging postures longer using a flowing fabric hammock as your only prop. With the fabric as a soft trapeze, you’ll learn simple suspension techniques to move into seemingly impossible inverted poses to relieve compressed joints and align the body from head to toe.

Amazing!
Antigravity Yoga
Great instructor! I had a lot of fun and worked hard in this class
Antigravity Yoga
This class was fun and we really did do a flow for the first half. After that there was a bit more focus on the silks and inverting in them. Instructor was super nice. Hoping to take this class again.
Antigravity Yoga
They changed this class last minute and I tried to go through with it but when I walked into the class I was so overwhelmed with the smell of feet and body odor that I could not bear to stay. I will not be going back.
Antigravity Yoga
Fun class. A new style of yoga to me but I didnt find it very relaxing or useful for stretching out. Its very technical so youll have to go a few times before you can really flow...but I really did find it fun! I felt like I was in the circus and appreciated the hip openers.
Antigravity Yoga
SO MUCH FUN! It didnt really feel like yoga though. Id say more this is like acrobatics! Cant wait to come back. Awesome patient instructor and really exciting challenge.
Antigravity Yoga
Very fun
Antigravity Yoga
Instructor didnt keep class flowing, very choppy in and out of poses. Setup of materials took 15-20 mins so class is actually very short. Instructor talked continuously about her health problems and how she is an advocate for non-toxic living asking us to go sign petition online.
Antigravity Yoga
It was a little scary for me to do inversions, but I may try again.
Antigravity Yoga
Class was fun! Unlike anything Ive done before. Very deep stretches in certain poses. It takes a while to get set up at the beginning, but the poses are still 60 minutes.
Antigravity Yoga
so fun! Charissa is great and walks you through every step so you can feel like a rookie cirque de solei performer
Response from the studio:
Thanks for the feedback and kind words regarding Charissa! We're glad you had a great time. We look forward to seeing you back!
Antigravity Yoga
This is one of the best gyms and coolest classes Ive been to. The instructor was so sweet and helpful, the environment was supportive and encouraging, and the staff were friendly. The class was perfect for all levels surprisingly. I was brand new and had no trouble! A+++ for this awesome workout!

Something fun to try
Antigravity Yoga
I really liked this class and the instructor! The downside was how long set up too so class ran over ~15 minutes to make up for it.
Antigravity Yoga
This class is freaking awesome. 10/10
Antigravity Yoga
Really interesting class- as a total beginner, I wish some of the motions had been explained a bit better, because I really wasn't sure what to do with my arms and hands most of the time. The music also changed from "traditional" yoga music to pop/hip-hop after a few songs and I wish it had stayed the same throughout.
Antigravity Yoga
Went to the class with an open mind after reading the reviews and I found it very enjoyable. Its certainly helpful if youve taken aerial before but the instructor does help if youre experiencing challenges. Id definitely go back
Antigravity Yoga
The idea of this class was really fun, just not the best follow-through. The silks we used to hang from smelt terribly of body odor and it was hard to see the instructor to understand what to do. She also wasnt the most helpful to new people, because she kept just giving cues for people if you come all the time. It was a fun new way to workout though so Im glad I tried it.
Antigravity Yoga
the silks smelled like they had never been washed, and the instructor offered sporadic, confusing instructions. further, it felt like nothing- I didn't leave sweaty, relaxed, or exuberant, but rather confused and bored.
Antigravity Yoga
Not a great work out but a fabulous stretch and something fun and different
Antigravity Yoga
This class was very challenging for a beginner but the instructor was patient and very helpful! I would definitely recommend giving it a try.
Antigravity Yoga
It was challenging for the first-timers but also fun! I will definitely try again!
Antigravity Yoga
The instructor was really patient and helpful, which I appreciated as a beginner to this kind of class.
Antigravity Yoga
so fun! tricky for a first timer but instructor was helpful.
Antigravity Yoga
I was a little apprehensive about taking this class at first because of the mixed reviews, but i am so glad i did! It was my first time taking anti-gravity yoga. The instructor Charissa was wonderful, and created a very safe and comfortable environment to try things out. I highly recommend this class.
