About this class
This class focuses on technique and developing whole-body stability and strength using kettlebells, indoor rowers, TRX straps, sandbags and bodyweight exercises. Using low-impact methods the exercises and pace are individualized to meet your needs. This is a great class for beginners, the deconditioned and those returning from injury.

How to prepare
Please leave judgments outside. 6 Movements is an inclusive, body positive environment where all are welcome. Be prepared to sweat. Bring a water bottle and sweat towel. Wear comfortable, though not too baggy clothing (can get caught in rowers). Shoes are optional, though advised for RowFIT as rower foot-rests can be uncomfortable on bare feet.
How to get there
6 Movements is located in the Firdale Village Shopping Plaza back building, lower level. From HWY 99, head West on 205th ST SW—this becomes Firdale Ave. Look for Firdale Village sign located on your right at approximately one half mile. From I-5, take Edmonds Ferry exit (HWY 104 West) to 205th St SW (left lane when branches onto 205th St SW) and continue past HW 99 intersection and on to Firdale Village, approximately 3.2 miles from I-5 exit.
