    Lily was SO sweet, I barely got to class less than 5 minutes early and she walked me through the equipment before class started and gently corrected me if I didn’t understand the exercise she was very thorough and a great instructor and the workout was KILLER in the best way muscles I didn’t know I had were getting worked and I felt every movement it was hands down the best workout I’ve ever gotten and you feel the workout without just feeling tired.

    Samantha is an amazing instructor. I was the only one and got such a great deal on one on one instruction. She is educated on TRX moves and led me through a challenging but doable workout. She was quick to modify certain moves that hurt me and I appreciate that so much. I encourage anyone wanting to learn TRX to take this class because the class size is small and they can really watch your form so you don’t injure yourself. I will be back!

    Very welcoming as a first-timer at this studio. Kerri asked if I’ve done reformer Pilates before and although I have, she gave me a run down of their equipment to make sure I was familiar with their setup. She was an amazing instructor and very clear with her instructions. 90% of the time when I’m at a new studio, I’m looking around at other people to see if I’m doing something right, but I didn’t do that here. She also gave lots of cues to make sure we were breathing correctly and in the right position. Very good class for beginners as she gave ample modifications for everyone!

    The instructor and entire class were very welcoming .I was greeted by everyone in this establishment so genuinely and warmly . I would recommend this class to beginners and professionals! Ha. All levels welcomed . I would consider myself a beginner in yoga but have taken many Pilates classes, if that says anything. Everything was thoroughly explained in a way that was easy to understand. But the class still moved fast enough as to not slow the group as a whole . I am very very impressed and relieved about my experience. And the prices are very fair. Highly HIGHLY recommend !!!!
