see all reviewsThe class is tough and I struggled a lot but that was due to my own physical limitations. There are many studios that offer megaformer or claim to offer Lagree, but they aren’t true to the method. This is a TRUE Lagree studio that focus on timing and form. Janet and the young lady at the front desk were so kind and encouraging. They didn’t make me feel bad for not being able to do everything and for that, I will continue coming back. Consistency is the only way to improve and I feel comfortable doing that here.

She would be the best for first-time Pilates girlies, because although most of the instructors are great, I’ve learned the most from her hands-down.

see all reviewsClass was initially being taught by Ashley and I was a little sad to see an instructor switch as I love Ashley's classes, but Erin did not disappoint! Super high energy and had great music. Class flew by! My only critique would be that she used the bands for almost every exercise. The rubber bands tend to roll and dig in when I use them since I'm so sweaty, so it can be uncomfortable. Otherwise wonderful class :)

I’m 23 weeks pregnant and working out has become anxiety ridden for me because I’ve been to studios where I’m made to feel like a burden for needing help with substitutions. see all reviewsLydia’s class was great! I’ve been to several classes at this studio and this is the first class I’ve seen the instructor correct form. Her cueing was also a lot better than I’ve seen thus far. This studio isn’t great if you’re new to lagree style pilates. The lack of corrections and cuing is a recipe for injury. If you’re experienced it’s worth a try but steer clear if you’re a beginner. Overall Lydia was great and I’d go back to her class!
