We provide a variety of Yoga classes, and classes to challenge your body like Total Cardio and Mat Pilates. Small class sizes provide personalized one-on-one attention, ensuring you’re always doing the correct movements for the best results

How to prepare

Bring your own mat, if you have one! If you don't-- no worries, you'll be able to rent on for $2 if you need it for the yoga, pilates, or toning/total cardio classes. Wear comfortable clothes, but no shoes are required. Bring water and a towel if you need one, or else you can also buy water for $1 at the studio.

How to get there

The studio is located on 46th street between 5-6 ave.

Meh.... instructor was nice and attentive but I like yoga to either be an energizing flow or a great stretch session and I don't think this class was either really. That said, there seems to be a lot of regulars in the class so I guess it's working for some people.

Interesting class. I've heard of turning your legs out during Pilates but this instructor had us turn our legs in (like pigeon toed style) at some points. Felt weird so I didn't do that. Wasn't a fan of the country music playing on her phone and it seemed like she wasn't sure what to do next. My abs were sore though!
