How to prepare

Grippy socks are required for all classes. Tennis shoes are suggested for Brazilian Burn, 20/20/20 and TRX Core.

How to get there

Doors are locked once class starts, so please be sure to arrive on time or you will not be allowed into class!

Paula was great!! The workout is tough and the classes are small but trust me you will feel the burn the next day. Great workout!

This was literally THE HARDEST CLASS Ive ever taken. Unless you already have substantial core and upper body strength, this is not beginner-friendly. Paula was so kind and welcoming, but this format is really not conducive to anyone with spine sensitivities either. Also, the playlist was mostly 70s and 80s renditions, which made it even harder to get into the workout. All that to say, Paula was super encouraging and if youre looking for an intense workout, this is for you. Just not my cup of tea!
