How to prepare

Please bring a towel and water! They also have towels and water available for purchase $2.00. Please note the following for parking validations! Validations are only to be used if: -you're parking for less than three hours -in the morning: must be out before 9am -in the evening: cannot pull in before 4pm -no validations are to be used during the day (this includes the noon class!) -weekends: parking available for class hours only!

It was a good class. I wish the instructor demonstrated the exercises on the board, many of us got lost at points and with only 2 minutes at each station you lose a lot trying to figure out what to do.

What is ClassPass?
