How to prepare

Please bring a towel and water! They also have towels and water available for purchase $2.00/$3.00. - If you are coming to SHREDDER, it is different. Must be able to push a little on your own. Heck bring a friend! Grind together.

How to get there

Belle Meade - Located in the Belle Plaza at the intersection of Woodmont / Whitebridge and West End (Harding). Next to Smoothie King, downstairs.

Shredder with Thomas
Shredder is my favorite workout on all of class pass. I will say, however, that it would make more sense to explain the workout either before or while doing the warmup instead of having us warm up and then just stand around while the workout is explained. That’s just my opinion but the workout overall is awesome!

It was a tough class! We did 10 three minutes circuits, and I have jelly noodle legs now. There are a lot of plyometrics so if you’re like me and have a bad spine, you might need to modify. Regardless, it’s still one of my favorites

Lower energy than usual but always a good workout!

I picked a tough one apparently! But the coach was good and helpful. Enjoyed it very much.

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
