About this studio

Barre is a ballet inspired, core-focused exercise class that concentrates on isolated core fitness exercises, alignment, flexibility, and posture by employing targeted muscle movement. This method is a fusion of ballet, yoga, and pilates. Each exercise is thoughtfully and purposefully placed in the class exercise order to optimize the body’s ability to burn fat, sculpt the body, and build long, lean muscles.

How to prepare

Wear yoga like clothing and please bring water and grip socks. These are both available for sale in the studio in case you don't have them or forget. All equipment, mats/weights are supplied.

2 miles south from the Plymouth Meeting mall, across the street from Brittinghams right on Germantown Pike.

Really nice studio. Gina was a great instructor - good energy and thoughtful moves. Ifyou are used to the pace of a flybarre or pure barre type of class this will feel a lot slower - more breaks and focus on stretching for longer periods of time. I still felt like I got a good workout but fewer periods of actual work compared to more intense class structures. Just different - still good!!
