Barre3 is a full body workout that mixes athleticism, grace, and the latest innovations designed to balance the body using a unique combination of low-impact movements. Their signature approach to teaching gives clients a rewarding endorphin high and a deep muscle burn—without pain in areas of the body prone to injury.

How to prepare

No experience required. Their classes are designed to make everyone feel welcome and get a great workout. Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) and bring a water bottle. They supply all props needed. They encourage new clients to arrive 15 minutes early to get a tour and meet your instructor. The space is beautifully appointed with a changing room that includes lockers, showers and toiletries. For your class needs, the studio has towel service and purified water.

How to get there

Located on the corner of 15th & Sansom. Enter the building on the Sansom side, then walk down the hall to the elevator or take the staircase to the 4th floor. Parking garage is across the street and can be entered on 15th street. To access the building before 8:00am or after 6:15pm, enter *1500 into the call box.

Emily was awesome - super friendly and clear in instructions. Great class for beginners or pros alike. I know I'm going to be really sore (in the good way!) tomorrow! also the studio was clean and pretty and the bathroom was stocked with good stuff.

Danielle was fantastic! We really worked up a sweat in her class. I loved the cardio Pelion, actually the whole class felt like cardio. Such a good use of our time, it felt like 2 work outs in one, cardio and barre. I cant wait to take her class again.

Very sweet instructor. She had plenty modifications for all the different steps. I'd recommend her class to someone who is new to barre.

Kristen was so wonderful! As a first timer, I found her easy to follow and willing to help in any way necessary with modifications. She explained moves very clearly and has the most relaxing voice. Highly recommend!

Very modern studio, classes usually capped at a reasonable size. Much more of an emphasis on legs than core or arms, but I find that to be pretty typical with any barre class-the aesthetic is ballet, after all. This studio fuses barre with aerobics for a well rounded workout.
