Balance Zone Cycle with Eric
It was different from a traditional spinning class, no dark room, no loud dance mixes etc. More cycle focused. The score board helped keeping me motivated and the instructor Eric kept it interesting!

This was a good class that worked the whole body. It was fast paced so it went by very quickly. The instructor was very nice and knowledgeable. No high cardio involved just isolated toning using weights, bands, & balls.

This gym was high end! Super clean, modern, spacious, and welcoming. The B-Pump class was a circuit style class. It was a intense workout but could be modified for all levels. I will be back.

What is ClassPass?
